This year will be the first Joomla Day North Carolina. We're going and would love you to join us. Date & Location
Who's Going from OSTraining?Steve Burge is giving the opening presentation, "The Joomla Family Tree". You can see the full speaker list here. Why North Carolina?North Carolina is a surprisingly active area in technology and open source. Most famously, there's the Research Triangle of Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. Red Hat has their headquarters in Raleigh. There's over a dozen universities nearby, inlcuding Duke and the University of North Carolina. There's also several Joomla and WordPress companies in the area and an annual WordCamp in Raleigh. Finally, the Raleigh area is easier to get to than you might imagine. It's a straight drive from Atlanta and is on the train route from Washington D.C. |
