Hi nachumi_e,

Woocommerce has a paid plugin to integrate with Gravity Forms: www.woothemes.com/products/gravity-forms-add-ons/

Please ask any concern you may have to the developer before to buy to be sure it will match your needs.

Kind regards,
Valentín

I see.

One quick caveat before we start, please check out our Support FAQ on the limit of our support: Support FAQ

That being said, we’d be happy to point you in the right direction.

Hi nachumi_e,

Sorry to hear your displeasure! We're internally discussing your experience to improve our support, both for you and other users.

As to your original issue, please make sure you have Gravity Forms, Gravity Forms + Custom Post Types ( wordpress.org/plugins/gravity-forms-custom-post-types/ ), and WooCommerce enabled.

Once all three are enabled, go to your Gravity form that you created for the orders. Edit one of the fields, then click the Advanced tab. Checkmark "Save as Post Type" and select the "shop_order" post type in the drop down.

That will allow you to map the fields as desired.

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any questions and we'll be glad to answer.

Kind regards,
Nick
