Most Recent Article - One Article stays at the top

3 years 7 months ago - 3 years 7 months ago #126056 by savethefrogs
Hi,
This article:
www.savethefrogs2.com/countries/ghana/at...pollination-project/
keeps appearing first in my most recent articles, which display at the bottom of my site. I have changed the created date on it by a day to see if it would fix things, but it stays at the top (meaning it is claiming to be the most recent), even though there are newer articles. All the other articles arrange chronologically just fine.
Thoughts?
Thanks, Kerry

Hi Kerry,

Can you check if it's set to be a Featured article?

If that isn't the cause, would you send us some login credentials to support@ostraining.com so we can take a quick look for you? Also, please do two things for us:
1) In the email, include a link to this forum post
and
2) After sending the email, reply to this forum post letting us know you sent the email so that we can check it.

Looking forward to helping.

Kind regards,
Nick

Benjamin,

I keep getting a blank page that deny me access to this page as well based on my IP.
Please check with your hosting provider why is there a restriction.

Thanks Kerry!

Go to:
1) Extensions
2) Modules
3) Search for "Most Recent Articles"
4) Edit that article
5) Change the order from "Recently Added" to "Recently Published"

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any questions and we'll be glad to answer.

Kind regards,
Nick
