downloading url from a website

downloading url from a website was created by marchy
Hi Guys, I have a website which is running really slow. It is a huge website using zoo elements and there are thousands of items in zoo and articles.

I have IT guys which is restructuring the site to make it faster and less DB queries etc. He has it on his server and it works really good and we are close to the end of the project.

One thing I want to make sure is that no urls are changed or different than the original site. It would be disastrous on my ranking.

I was thinking of being able to download all the urls on both (test and original) site. Put them on an excel sheet and use the duplicate function of excel to see if any are not duplicate so we can fix them.

Any idea of I can achieve this?

Thx

Hi Marchy,

What are you using for SEF URLs? Are you using the Joomla core or an extension (like sh404SEF)?

Looking forward to helping.

Kind regards,
Nick

Thanks Marchy! You could try using CSV Export to get the aliases of the Zoo elements and articles:
extensions.joomla.org/extension/csv-export

There's not a way (that I know of) to hook into Joomla's routing and get the dynamically generated URLs. But, it sounds like the person is good at programming, so you could check with him on a custom solution too.

Kind regards,
Nick
