Hi Mardhiah,

You would need to manually edit the stock number of the product to include the refunded one.

Kind regards,
Valentín

Hi Mardhiah,

Please try this:
1) Components
2) Hikashop
3) Products
4) edit your product
5) Adjust the "Quantity" by one under the "Product code" field.

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any questions and we'll be glad to answer.

Kind regards,
Nick

Thanks!

Is there any way that i can increase the damaged quantity? I want to keep it separate from the sellable stocks which are at 'Quantity'. If a customer refunds and it is still in good condition and is still sellable, i will increase the normal 'Quantity' in the appropriate product. But what if its damaged? I would like to keep track of it. Is there any way to do so?

Hi Mardhiah,

Interesting question! I would try creating it as a variant. Here's our tutorial on variants:

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any questions and we'll be glad to answer.

Nice idea! But does that mean I have to create a new variant for the different size and colour?

I added the variant damaged. This means that the customers are able to see that option

Yes, that's correct. Let me know if that works for you.

Apart from that workaround, Hikashop doesn't have a way to specify regular vs damaged goods.

Kind regards,
NIck

Is there anything else other than using the variant? Any coding that can be used?

Hi Mardhiah,

Nick's suggestion seems to be the best approach. Any coding solution would require to hire a developer.

Kind regards,
Valentín
