Configuration options not working

3 years 8 months ago #125150 by SamStamport
Configuration options not working was created by SamStamport
It looks like I may have really messed things up.

When I click Configure for CKEditor from the modules list each of the features does nothing. The link for Basic Setup, Security, etc. are not functional.

Can someone help me fix this? I'm using D7 with Aquia Dev Desktop on Win 7.

I disabled & uninstalled CKEditor then deleted it's folder in the file structure. I then downloaded it & enabled it again. I find no unusual messages in the log.

With all the activity trying to get Drush to work right I suspect I messed something up. Maybe I just need to download from prod and start over or try to restore from a backup.

I'd backup your sites and clear out your dev and completely start it over. Make sure you run something like ccleaner to get all the temp files associated with it as well.

Good idea to run ccleaner. I've used it before.

You know, I'm almost tempted to try Joomla and give up on Drupal at this point. Maybe I'd just be trading one set of problems for another?

It depends what you want from your CMS really. We have a wide range of Joomla support you could definitely give it a try if you felt so inclined.

Thanks
