Hi Abdullah,

What kind of access do you have to this server? If the drupal installation was not completed in the proper way you may experience this issue or your host could be disabling this method of adding modules.

Are you familiar with drush or SSH access ?

Thanks,
Daniel

Hi Abdullah,

What OS is your local machine running?

You need to set the user group to HTTP for it automate adding modules. You could just extract the files and put them where they should be and go to enable modules and enable it manually. But that won't fix your permissions issue.

Thanks,
Daniel
