Finding jQuery Selectors

Finding jQuery Selectors was created by ahmedsiddiq
Hi
Reference to www.drupal.org/project/parallax_bg & following

"Define the element you want to apply the Parallax effect using any valid jQuery selector. The selector should point to the element that holds the background, for example: #top-content, body.one-page #super-banner"

My question is in that in following pic I have three blocks 1 ( on top ) 2nd (in middle ) & 3rd (in bottom) , how can I find there jQuery Selectors ?

pls advice.

regards
Ahmed

Hi Ahmed,

A jQuery selector example from an image:
<img src="your/image.jpg" id="this-is-the-selector" class="this-is-another-selector" />
which means #this-is-the-selector or .this-is-another-selector can works. Ideally use the id value due is unique.

Use Firebug to look in the code for that information

Kind regards,
Valentín
