Juicebox error - config.xml file was created by Juc2
@ steve I am following your instructions here :

Go to the Juicebox website and download the Juicebox-Lite free version.
Go to your Drupal site files and browse to /sites/all/libraries/.
Create a folder called /juicebox/ so that it's located in /sites/all/libraries/juicebox/
Look inside the Juicebox files you downloaded. Upload the content of the /jbcore/ core directory into /sites/all/libraries/juicebox/
Check to make sure that you have this file and this location: /sites/all/libraries/juicebox/juicebox.js.

Contents of /jbcore/ core directory =

my library =

/admin/reports/status =

But on the drupal view page I am getting the error "config.xml file not found".

www.juicebox.net/support/faq/#troubleshooting-5

When I view my gallery I see the message 'Config XML file not found'. How do I fix this?

This message means that Juicebox cannot find the config.xml file that describes the gallery. Make sure the config.xml file is in the gallery folder. Check Troubleshooting Pathing Problems.

I can't see a config.xml file in the contents of jbcore

Any ideas please?

Thanks...

Hi Juc2

I downloaded the Lite package from here www.juicebox.net/download/

Inside, there's a "web" folder with the files you need:

@ steve ok I have the web folder which matches yours but I am still confused - what should the contents of the libraries/juicebox directory look like?

Thanks...

Hi Juc2

OK, checking my own instruction, it doesn't look like you need that file. You only need the contents of /jbcore/

Someone here had the same problem:
www.drupal.org/node/2217697

They found it was a problem in their settings.php file: www.drupal.org/node/2217697#comment-8575709

There's also a possible conflict with the Theme Developer module: www.drupal.org/node/1945624

@ Steve ok thanks - I think it is a white space problem as mentioned here www.drupal.org/node/2217697#comment-8576503 - but I read that the white space causing the problem could be anywhere ie not just settings.php and someone suggested turning off / on all your modules to test it. I have not got the time / patience for that so luckily this workaround www.drupal.org/node/2103713#comment-9003765 fixes it for me...
