Joomlaville is a city located in a great climate at the foothills of the mountains.

It was founded in the 1600s and has enjoyed steady growth ever since, first as a market town and then with industry.

The city is now home to many thousands of people.

Sample Joomlaville Location Text

Joomlaville is in the southeast of our country, about a five hour drive from the capital.

It is located near a large mountain range, so there is plenty of opportunity for Joomlaville people to enjoy skiing, kayaking and other outdoor activities.

Joomlaville is also about three hours from the beach, so it's easy for residents to enjoy a sunny vacation.

Sample Joomlaville History Text

Joomlaville is a city with a rich history.

It started as a market town in the 17th century. The site was chosen because it was a major crossroads for people traveling through the mountains.

As the city grew in the 19th and 20th centuries, more industries moved and people flocked to Joomlaville looking for work. Many of our residents have now been here for several generations.

Create the Joomlaville article and menu link

  • Click on Main Menu under the Menus dropdown and click New.
  • Click Select next to Menu Item Type, and you’ll see a pop-up screen. Click on Single Article.
  • On the right-hand side, click Select / Change next to Select Article.
  • You’ll see a pop-up . Go ahead and find the Joomlaville History article that you wrote earlier. Click on the Joomlaville History name.
  • Enter Joomlaville History in the Menu Title field.
  • Click Save & Close to complete the creation of your menu link.
  • Visit the front of your site, and you’ll see your new Joomlaville History link on the left in the Main Menu.

Sample Museum Text

The Joomlaville Museum contains artifacts from throughout the city's history.

Here you can ride a steam train, see a house from the 1600s and even see old-fashioned airplanes fly by on the weekends.

Sample Zoo Text

Joomlaville Zoo is a wonderful place for families to visit.

There is an aviary for birds and a farm for animals like cows, pigs and geese.

The zoo also has exotic animals such as lions, tigers, giraffe and buffalo.

Overall, it's a great experience for young children.

Sample Aquarium Text

Joomlaville Aquarium is one of the biggest in the country.

There is a large penguin exhibit. You can see them swimming, sunbathing and doing tricks.

There are also some large killer whales and sharks in a huge tank in the center of the aquarium. Please don't feed these fish!

The Joomlaville Airport is a great place to fly to. It is clean, modern and was designed by a team of famous architects.

There are two terminals, one for international flights and one for domestic flights.

The Bus Station is a very good way to get to cities around Joomlaville.

The buses leave Joomlaville every hour on weekdays and every two hours on weekends.

The Joomlaville Train Station is a great way to get to other parts of the country. Our trains are quick, quiet and comfortable.

The Train Station is close to the center of Joomaville and next to the Aquarium.

Create the Transport categories, articles and menu links

Step 1: Categorize

  • Go to Category Manager under the Content dropdown and click New
  • Enter Transport in the Title field and click Save

Step 2: Add

  • Go to Article Manager under the Content dropdown and click New
  • Enter Airport in the Title Field
  • Choose Transport from the Category dropdown
  • Write your article
  • Click Save & Next
  • Repeat for the Bus Station and Train Station articles

Step 3: Show

  • Go to Main Menu under the Menus dropdown and click New
  • Click Select next to Menu Item Type and you’ll see a pop-up screen. Click on Single Article.
  • On the right-hand side, click Select / Change next to Select Article.
  • You’ll see a pop-up . Go ahead and find the Airport article that you wrote earlier. Click on the Airport name.
  • Enter Airport in the Menu Title field.
  • Click Save & Next to complete the creation of your menu link.
  • Repeat for the Bus Station and Train Station articles
  • Visit the front of your site, and you’ll see your three new menus link on the left in the Main Menu.

Festivals Category

Sample New Years Day Text

New Years Day is a very good time to visit Joomlaville.

On the day before, lots of restaurants and bars are open for you to celebrate. At the stroke of midnight, a large Joomla logo is dropped from in front of Town Hall.

On the morning of New Years Day itself, there is a parade through the center of town with floats and antique cars.

Sample Mothers Day Text

Mothers Day is a great opportunity for families to enjoy themselves in Joomlaville.

Mothers are invited to a picnic in downtown Joomlaville with their entire families. There are prizes, games and good time for everyone who comes.

Sample Independence Day Text

Independence Day is a big event throughout the country but we celebrate as well as anyone in Joomlaville.

There are parades, fireworks and parties throughout the day.

Create the Festivals categories, articles and menu links

Step 1: Categorize

  • Enter Festivals in the Title field and click Save

Step 2: Add

  • Go to Article Manager under the Content dropdown and click New
  • Enter New Years Day in the Title Field
  • Choose Festivals from the Category dropdown
  • Write your article
  • Click Save & Next
  • Repeat for the Mothers Day and Independence Day articles

Step 3: Show

  • Go to Main Menu under the Menus dropdown and click New
  • Click Select next to Menu Item Type and you’ll see a pop-up screen. Click on Single Article.
  • On the right-hand side, click Select / Change next to Select Article.
  • You’ll see a pop-up . Go ahead and find the New Years Day article that you wrote earlier. Click on the New Years Day name.
  • Enter New Years Day in the Menu Title field.
