Callback Feature

The very first thing you need to do is to visit the Callback hunter website and register there. It is extremely simple. Just follow the next few steps:

The first empty field is for the address of the site where you want to use this new widget. You also have to add the phone numbers which will be used to answer incoming calls. You can set a phone number for text message-reports regarding call quality as well. As soon as you are through, click Save and Continue.

5. One more thing you should do is to select your time zone and to set your working hours. If you wish you can also set a personal e-mail for missed calls notifications. On doing all this, click Save and Continue once more.

6. Now you are provided with the code for your callback widget. Click Copy to Clipboard to copy it.

As soon as you get the code it is time to return to your MotoCMS website.

1. In order to insert the code, first of all open the starting page of your new website and choose Settings among the six buttons in the left upper corner.

2. The next thing to do is to click Code Injection in the column situated in the left part of the page.

3. Now insert your code into the empty Footer field and click Save Changes. Your new widget is installed!

If you want your Callback widget to be applied to a single page, you are to act in a little bit of a different way.

1. Open the page where you want to use your Call Back widget. In order to choose it you should open the window in the upper right corner of your MotoCMS Template.

3. Insert your code in the Footer field and click the Save button. Your new widget is ready to be used!

To preview your new Callback widget, click View Site.

Now it is time to learn how to add to your MotoCMS 3 template a chat widget with one of the 3 most popular chat widgets.

  1. Olark
  2. Tawk
  3. Zopim

Let’s start with Olark. First of all, go to Olark site to register:

1. Before starting the registration process you are to decide upon the type of plan you would like to choose. Click on the plan you like most and continue with the registration.

2. The next step is to fill the form. Pay attention to the fact that some of the fields are optional. As soon as you are ready, click Continue at the bottom of the page.

3. One more thing you need to think about is how big the team which will work with the widget is going to be. Choose the necessary category and click Continue.

4. At this stage you should copy the code for your new widget. The site has clear directions how to do it. Just follow them and you will succeed.

Now it is high time to return to your MotoCMS 3 template. You need to decide once more, whether you want all the pages of your site to be affected by this change or one particular page. If you prefer to see this widget on all the pages, take the following steps:

1. Go to the starting page of your new website and choose Settings among the six buttons in the left upper corner.

2. The next thing to do is to click Code Injection, insert your code into the empty Footer field, and click Save Changes. You are welcome to use your new widget!

If you want to use your Chat widget only on one page, do the next things:

1. Open the page you need with the help of your MotoCMS 3 template control panel.

2. In the section Page Properties on the right side of the page, choose Code Injection, insert your code in the Footer field, and click Save button.

Now let’s try a different Chat widget, developed by Tawk. To use it you need to take the following steps:

1. Start by registering at the site. It is extremely easy – just fill the form.

2. As soon as you are ready, click Sign Up For Free!. On the next page you will be asked to verify your e-mail address by visiting your e-mail box for the activation link.

When you activate your account you will be redirected to the page where you need to fill the information about your web site. On doing it, click Next at the bottom of the page.

3. At the next page you will be asked to decide about the number of people who will answer the clients’ requests at your site. You can skip this step if you don’t need any help with it.

4. At the last stage you will be given the code for installing the widget. Copy it and click Done.

To add this code to all the pages of your site do the next:

1. Go to the starting page of your new website and choose Settings.

2. Now click Code Injection, insert your code into the empty Footer field, and click Save Changes. Your new widget is ready for use!

To add the widget only to one page you should complete the following actions:

1. Open the page you need with the help of your MotoCMS 3 template control panel.

The last Chat widget we will learn to add today is Zopim. To receive the code for this widget you need to fulfill the next steps:

1. Register on the site by filling their form:

2. Verify your registration by following the link which has been sent to your e-mail box.

3. On doing that you will be redirected to the site page for filling the Zendesk Chart form. As soon as you are through with it click Save and Go to Dashboard button at the bottom of the page.

4. At the next page you have to go through 3 steps: Welcome message, Complete Profile and Embed Widget.

6. At last you have the code for your widget. Copy it to paste it into your MotoCMS 3 template.

The last stage is to add your new Zopim Live Chat widget to your site. If you want it to work for all the pages of your site do the following:

1. Go to the starting page of your new website and choose Settings.

2. Click Code Injection, insert your code into the empty Footer field, and click Save Changes. You can use your new widget now!

If you choose to apply your new Zopim Live Chat widget only to one page of your site, take these steps:

1. Open the page you need with the help of your MotoCMS 3 template control panel.
