hello

i am having LOTS of trouble with the facebook like box. whether its the left floating icons, or the like box i have at the bottom of the post, for some reason when i click the like button it displays a different picture on my facebook. it actually displays a random pic from a totally unrelated article thats no where on the page.

i tried installing a plugin thats supposed to make facebook pull its "like" picture from the featured image ( called Facebook Like Thumbnail), but that didnt do anything either.

i hope you can help...this is exceptionally frustrating.

i dont think that its the plugins...i went through and disabled them and used one at a time. they all had issues. last night the share buttons were working and now theyre not. heres the list of plugins though:

left scroll: digg digg
home page quotes: social sharing toolkit
addthis above posts: wp socializer

and also: facebook like thumbnail

Would you give the "Facebook Open Graph Meta in WordPress" plugin a try?

ok i actually just figured it out using this: developers.facebook.com/tools/debug

it was a facebook glitch. but im really glad you showed me that plugin because i noticed it was asking me for meta data...i had no idea what it was talking about.
