TOPIC: knowledge base in wordpress

Unfortunately, there's not much for Wordpress that I know of.

There are two plugin solutions that are really hosted solutions.

One of them is IzzyHelp (which is really cool):
wordpress.org/extend/plugins/izzyhelp-handy-helpdesk/

The other is ZenDesk for Wordpress:
wordpress.org/extend/plugins/zendesk/

The other option is iProjectWeb which is a project manager, but has a knowledge base as part of it:
wordpress.org/extend/plugins/iprojectweb/
