Hi Gilles,

1) You could do automatic backups with the following tutorial:
www.ostraining.com/blog/wordpress/how-to...ly-backup-wordpress/

and you could use Amazon S3's free accounts (see tutorial above).

2) You can use the BackUpWordPress plugin:
wordpress.org/extend/plugins/backupwordpress/

3) Alternatively, you could back up the site manually using the following tutorial:
www.ostraining.com/blog/wordpress/move-your-wordpress-site/
