I'm developing a bilanguage site with J2.5 and VM2.
For the translation, do I have to create two different categories for each language and duplicate prodcuts in the two languages. Thanks in advance

Hello lolaSDG,

Welcome to the forum! This is a good question for a first post.

You shouldn't have to create two categories for each language. You can do a lot of the translation with language packs and language string overrides and custom language files that you create.

A couple of extensions might also make things easier for you. Joomfish and Faboba will be very helpful.

Check out these tutorials we have.

I don't know if they will answer all of your questions, but these cover a lot of ground. Ask more questions, we'll be glad to help.

Cheers,
Ed
