Our apologies. I hope this issue has resolved itself. I'm not seeing the problem on my connection. If it hasn't fixed itself, we could use your help to track down the source of the problem.
We use the same video provider as the New York Times, Sky, Fox, the Weather Channel and more so the video quality is as good as it can get. However, online video sometimes suffers from regional or even very local glitches.
Would you please try refreshing the pages a few times? If that doesn't work, would you mind doing this for 60 seconds so we can test your connection?
1. Navigate to our Brightcove Debugger located here: admin.brightcove.com/viewer/BrightcoveDebugger.html 2. Change Level to 'Debug' and Type to Media'. 3. Open the page where the video is located in a new window or tab and play the video. 4. Allow it to run for 60 seconds and copy and send me the output in the Debugger window.
