1 more regarding K2 and translation:

I have installed the Hungarian language pack from the K2 website, tough it still doesnt translate the tabs even they state its 100 % translated?
the tab Preview gets translated but: description, video, images etc. remains in english?page with tabs

The names for those tabs will be found somewhere in a language file, but i couldn't tell you exactly which one. You'll have to search the language files with text editor or with windows for the specific words, unless they are in a template control somewhere.

Read these tutorials and they will teach you about language strings.

I don't know if you're using 1.5 - here's one on that.

Either way, the language string is in one of the language files. K2 may have it's own language files.

thanks ED, i gave it several tries but no sucess... it looks like they got everything translated, but on the frontend I see images, image gallery, video still in English?
still after digging so many hours online and within the file manager, I cant find the responsible ini file? any advice?

What extension are you using to create the tabs?

I'll install it on a test site and see if I can see something.

In the meantime, have you asked the developer who made the tab extension?

actually Iam using Ktabber pro for K2, but even when I switch to default layout only the first tab gets translated?

Sorry for the delay!

It appears to be a bug with K2 and Joomfish. Please make a backup, then reinstall Joomfish and then afterward reinstall K2. Hopefully that will get things working again.
