I completed a site under a test location, when I moved it to root site everything stopped working correctly, menus, links in articles, even slideshow. Looks like the site is now working. Did you get everything sorted OK?

If not, what do you have set for your configruation.php's var live site? Also, please copy and paste the full line of code similar to the following in your .htaccess file:
