its embbeded with thw allvideo plugin, but it looks it uses some background styling (cant troubleshoot with firebug)

if you check here:Old website which is the old site you will see light background.... still on the new:
http://falcon.directrouter.co.uk/~magnumna/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=6&Itemid=140 you will se under yacht layout tab bellow the gallery that the background is pretty dark???

Hi Johnnie,

If you are talking about the background color behind the row of images that is dark, this is the class to that:

.wk-gallery-showcasebox .wk-slideset > div

Located in the ~magnumna/cache/widgetkit/widgetkit-0c47a6c2.css file

If that is not what you are looking please take a screenshot and circle the area? :)

Warm Regards,

Since that color is created with JavaScript or possibly options in your extension, you won't be able to change it with CSS I don't think.

But you can find bgcolor options in your javascript files if there is no way to change it in your extension configurations?

It would probably take me some time to actually find the exact location of it. Have to leave that up to you to try first. ;-)

In the meantime you can wait for a professional to be able to spot it out quickly for you.

Johnnie, have you double checked your allvideo plugin options? There has to be a way to change it in the backend of Joomla. I have not tried that extension, although I need to learn to use it since it's such a popular plugin. I just haven't had a site that needed videos yet. ;-)

I was just about to write down how I did that several times but no color triggered any action... and then before that I went there again...

Then I have found an option:
"Flash/MP4/WebM/OGG Theora video player transparency"

after I have set that to NO it started working :-)

Thank you Tessa !
