How do I get rid of the Prev and Next links like on this page: www.alignedcom.com/index.php/certifications

I didn't see any previous and next links on that page. Did you figure it out?

You turn them on and off in the Article Options titled Navigation.

There are Article options in the Global configuration, the Menu Item Configuration and on the Article Configuration itself. You may need to check all three places to get the precedence correct.

Also on a Blog menu item, there is a Pagination control in the layout options.
