Dear, I have two questions:

1) On the home page, I have two columns with 2 articles inside them, both with the GERAL category. What must I do to change their positions ?
I already tried change the ID Order, but it didn't work.

2)On the top menu I have a tag that after click it shows 4 items on the right menu, but it shows 6 items (list) on the center page.
any suggestion ?

Hi cayazigi,

1) Go to your admin area >> menus >> your menu >> your home menu item >> check the ordering option on the right side.

2) Sorry, it depends on what you're using, and I'm not sure what you're using. Are you using an extension? What Joomla version are you using? Can we get a link to the page to take a quick look?

Kind regards,
Nick

Look that the list (middle) is different as right menu or top menu, and it has too many items

Hi cayazigi,

1) You're welcome!

2) So are you saying that the "Titulo" list has more items in the table than there are menu items in the main menu (e.g. Home, Quem Somos, Ministerios, etc)?

Kind regards,
Nick

The Titulo list (table) has more items that in "Quem Somos" list or right menu ("Quem Somos).

Where are you seeing this list? Sorry, but I need the full information in order to help as there can be infinite possibilities.

Can you upload a screenshot of the right menu? Also, what module type is it?

Kind regards,
Nick

Hi cayazigi,

The file didn't attach. Can you try re-attaching it? For certain file types, you might have to zip it up before attaching (for security purposes).

Kind regards,
Nick

Hi cayazigi,

It looks like the content section on the page in the first screenshot is a category list page. If you go to the Menu > menu item and adjust the options for the list, you can change the number of items that show on a page.

It looks like you have it set to show 10 items, and it's showing 6 out of 10. Check to make sure each article is in the proper category.

Let us know if that helps.
Cheers,
Ed

Hi cayazigi,

Thanks but that's the same image as before.

Kind regards,
Nick

p.s. that area only has 5, btw, and not 6. This is just a clarification for everyone so that we understand each other :)

Hi cayazigi,

Go to your admin area >> menus >> your menu >> your home menu item >> is it of type Category List? If so, check to see which category is being displayed. Then go to Content >> Article Manager >> and filter by that category. The articles that are there is what displays on the frontend. If you want to display more, you can to assign the other articles to that category too.

Does this help?

Kind regards,
Nick

Thanks Ed and Nick and . They were on wrong category.
One more thing: about the tables list:
I tried to put them in a different order on LIST LAYOUTS (Category/Article order), but didn't work.

Phew! You're welcome, cayazigi! I'm glad we got that one solved! :)

As to ordering, what was it previously? If it was previously Article order and if you switched it to Category/Article order and only have one Category, it will display be the same.

Kind regards,
Nick
