That issue can be easily resolved.

Who is your hosting or do you use localhost? This is a server issue and can be fixed by increasing your memory size in the php.ini file.

Hi Lori,

Please contact HostGator's chat technicians using the following link:
chatlite.hostgator.com/chatlite3.1.0/index.php?

then paste the error message to them and ask them to increase your php memory limit.
