Hello cayazigi,
If you want all the sites to be separate, then you just do a new installation in a new directory.
You would create databases for each installation first, then copy all the Joomla files in each directory, then run install on each one and connect it to it's database.
Unless I'm misunderstanding what you want. It's just doing the same install several times.
