So is there an image and video slideshow that works on ipad/smartphones? I can't find one and I've tried a bunch.

Click on each one that seems interesting and view the demo if there is one and see if it is something you are interested in. :-)

Yes, looking for extension that display both images and videos that works on ipad/smartphones. The only one I've found is Cincopa but am a bit confused on that - apparently I would host the videos on their server? Not youtube/vimeo?

Doesn't appear to upload to Joomla 1.5.25. Tough website to navigate with the translator.

It's only available for Joomla 1.6 . By the way, Joomla 1.5 will soon be reaching the end of it's life and we recommend starting all new sites in Joomla 2.5

This is something I have not wanted to deal with. So what are the pitfalls of migrating? Do I migrate to 1.6 and from there to 2.5? I've managed my sites for some time but get a little nervous with this transition, as I haven't done installs.

Regarding the JP Nivo Gallery, it is too limited. It does not have a parameter to set an external link for the images and will not allow the videos to autoplay. (They did create a 1.5 native version upon my request.)

So I'm still looking for a good slideshow that displays both images and video that works on mobile.
