Out of experience, I would like to recommend CloudAccess.net.

The server is fast and I've never experienced any major issues with them. It might be a little pricey but it's definitely worth it. There are a lot of great features to add to why I think it's a great hosting but you can find that out yourself. ;-)

Also, the support is great! If you are needing assistance asap, you can just post your support ticket here, and I will notify them to give you priority support. :-)
