Hi
This is the Random Image module that ships with joomla I presume.
The image folder link looks fine.
Check to make sure the module is published - that you have selected the pages that you want the image to appear under menu options. Image type is filled in correctly ie jpg, png etc.
Have a look at the folder "show" to make sure the images are there and not corrupted.
Regards
Mark

Check to see if you have defined the image types in the module basic options.

See the screen shot. And remember that JPG is different than jpg in unix so if you have any extensions with capitols either change the extension or add the capitals to the options.

CHeck that and let us know if it is set correctly.

I'm going to try that but I think I know maybe why it didn't work...I didn't have it set to a position...I think ...i already deleted it...but when I tried to do it again, I realized I don't have an "article" position...in my index.php its set to "component", not "module" (as the tutorial instructed). But I wanted to add the random image to the article as a sort of landing page...

So I guess I need to know how to add stuff to the "component" named "article" ...where all the main content goes...Then I want to add the random image to that area.

Sounds like you want to put a module inside an article. If that'a what you are trying to do, read these two tutorials.

See if that helps.
