I'm trying to find an easier way to paste text and images from a Word file onto Joomla items using JCE. Right now I'm saving the word file as an HTML and then importing the images separately which is very tedious. When I copy and paste, the images don't show on JCE. Is there a way to do this?

You should be able to just copy and paste directly into the latest version of JCE. It will strip the Microsoft Word formatting automatically. If I remember correctly, the images should get added as well, however sometimes there are issues with images getting imported.
