I use module Create Article to allow users to create articles. There is a small icon name "article" at the bottom which can access backend's articles.

And the "Image" also can access images in the backend.

How can I hid these from registered users?

Do you know how to use template overrides? Here's how to do it with JomSocial. You can do the same with any component.

The procedure for setting up the template override outlined here is the same for any component. You just have to figure out which one you are dealing with.
