G'day People,

I Have installed Joomla 2.5.4 and moodle 2, and have also installed joomdle and begun configuring it all.

When I do a system health check for joomdle it shows that I dont have web services turned on in Joomla.

Where exactly is this option because I have looked online but it isnt where it is suggested

system---->global configuration

---

>system

Any guidance would be appreciated.

First off, welcome to OSTraining! :-)

With joomla 2.5, Web Services is not an option under Global Configuration -> Site any more. It was under earlier Joomla versions.

So I don't think this applies. :-)

This joomdle / moodle / joomla thing is doing my head in.

Any chance of a tutorial down the track for people who are interested in this, because it has the potential to be huge.

Disregard the tutorial comment, just want to say I reinstalled Joomla 2.5.4 and Moodle 2.2.3, and followed the instructions on the joomdle wiki and Lo and Behold it is all up and running, with system health all green.. Just want this to be encouragement for all those having trouble to know that it is possible, just have to perservere.

Dont have to reply to this but just keeping things posted for the newbies like myself out there who are looking for answers.

Re: Joomdle, what a blowout. Cant tell you how excited I was to see it working on my Joomla site. Couldnt get it to work for a while, then discovered that if I went to the menu tab in admin and down to the main menu ----> pointed the link to the joomdle wrapper, you beauty, it worked.

Just wanted to mention it in case crew are having the same issue and couldnt figure out why the link was not taking them their their joomdle site.
