Can anyone suggest an extension or method to create a drop down list with in an article similar to the "Quick Enroll" drop down list found at:

www.learningtree.com/courses/1501.htm

As always, thanks for your help.

Arthur

Hi Arthur,

Take a look at the JumpLink extension:
extensions.joomla.org/extensions/structu...elect-box-menus/6367

It should be what you're looking for.

Kind regards,
Nick

Hi Nick

Thanks for responding. I attempted to get to the developer's website for the extension, but it looks like it's either been hacked or they have something else going on. If you have any other suggestions, I'd be grateful.

Thanks
Arthur

Hi Arthur,

Yes, it looks like they were hacked.

What Joomla version are you using?

Kind regards,
Nick

Hi Arthur,

OK, there aren't any other extensions compatible for 2.5, so you have four choices that I see:
1) Wait for the developer to fix his hacked site
2) Convert one of the 1.5 modules to 2.5
3) Use a forms extension such as RSForms to create it
4) Create a custom one from PHP using our PHP class

Which would you like to pursue?

Kind regards,
Nick

Hi Again Nick

I'm familiar with and have worked with Breezing Forms and Contact Enhanced a few times and currently have both. I'll try and see if I can do something in on of those. However, I'll definitely look at the PHP class to see if I can learn how to do it that way as well, moreover, the lessons will help me become more familiar with PHP.

Thanks for the suggestions
Arthur
