I created a menu module that i want assigning to certain pages

how to do that?

Good question for your first post. Welcome to the forum! Glad you're with us.

To assign it to a certain page, go to
Extensions > Module Manager
Click Name of the module to open the settings
Scroll to the bottom to find the Menu Assignments.

I attached a screen shot to show you where they are.

Choose the option to only assign it to certain pages, the put a check mark next to the page you want it to be on.
