That's great info. I can see what you need to do now.
You're using a Gantry based template. It's a grid system and you should be able to change the logo by using a module position. Check out this tutorial

There is a section that shows you how to turn off features. Turn off the logo feature and put the logo in a module module position.
It will help if you turn on the function that will reveal module positions so you can see where you need to put the module. Go to the template manager, click the options icon, and enable Preview Module Positions. Then type in
blacksheepalehouse.com/?tp=1 in your browser address bar and you will see where everything is placed.
