Hello

I'm trying to customize an article page. My default template is Bolt.
Nothing worked for me, so, I did something wrong.

Steps I made:
- Created a custom html module.
- Inserted the custom module in an article by calling it by unique position-name.
- I tried to use Module Class Suffix (space name)
- Added it to CSS. I saw that Joomla erases my DIVs if i put in custom html module, and always insert <p></p>
- Using firebug I couldn't know if the main div was contentholder, center where I want to put the background image, and rollover buttons.
- May I do this page in article-page using the html editor?
Well, I'M lost, any suggestion?

Hi Andres

Can we step back a bit here ...

1) What are trying to customize about the page?

2) Are you putting the CSS into your template files? That's the best way to do this. If you're not and you want to put the CSS directly into the article, you'll need something like this:
extensions.joomla.org/extensions/edition...code-in-content/5051

3) Are you sure you're saving the content or module with the editor turned off?

Thanks a lot.

I added the extension. I would like to customize in the way you suggested, but, I couldn“t - "Beginner thing"

At the end that worked for me, it was put everything in Divs using the JCE editor in code option...

The PROBLEM I have now is a margin what sends down part of the main picture bchome.gif

It is working for Firefox, not for IE, Chrome, Safari.

I believe, I have to fix <div class="custom">... suggestions more than welcome...

Hi Andres,

Glad you got things sorted! For future reference, you can use module class suffixes for customizing pages. Take a look at the following documentation:
docs.joomla.org/Using_Class_Suffixes

As to the new issue, could you open up a new forum topic for it please? Also, I tried accessing the site and got an "Internal Server Error":
