It looks like you are using a RocketTheme Gantry template? Is this what you are using?

If it is, you control the width in the template manager in the layout section. Let us know which template you are using.

It looks like Modulus 1.6. Edandrea is correct, you can modify the layout and width of your modules in relation to each other through the template style layout screen. You can access this by going to Extensions > Template Manager, you'll see the Styles screen and then click rt_modulus_Default (it should say Master next to it). In the Layouts section you can modify how many modules go into which position and how much width each one takes.
