HI, When I go to my template manager and chose the theme - the Gantry options are not clickable at all.

Any Idea why would Gantry settings wont work?

I am Loged In as(SuperUser) ....(and I think the Global Config Permission is set up right.)

Are you using any rok extensions (Rocket theme template)?

It is known to conflict with gantry.

Also, if you go to your admin backend where you are experiencing this issue, could you inspect the element and check for any javascript errors?

I don't know what Nick found, but I have had this problem in the past uploading the RocketTheme bundle. Gantry doesn't upload properly for some reason. You could try installing gantry separately.

Let's see what Nick comes up with.

Sorry for the delay. I'm still working on it, but hopefully I'll have it resolved very soon. It's a conflict with Gantry and our OSToolbar.

The OS Toolbar appeared in my admin section today again and it is giving me the same problems like before. I've told that you have removed it permanently.
Did you installed it back on? If so would you please remove it.

Sorry about that!

Our developer was working on a fix. He figure out that the issue is actually with RocketTheme and that their code was conflicting with Joomla's modal.js (which we use). So the temporary solution is to disable the OSToolbar icon, which I've gone ahead and done for you. Now you can use the tutorials from the component area and your template options will still work.

We'll go ahead and report the bug to RocketTheme so that they can get it fixed on their end.
