I ned 3 things:

Where people subscribe in my webpage and then i can send them emails ( i need my local email responder, not aweber, etc.. ).

I need photo and image gallery - what would You suggest - extensions ?

Do you mean, being able to send them newsletters?

When you say
What kind of functionality do you need for your image gallery? Does it need to be displayed as a slideshow? Thumbnails only? Do they need to enlarge when you click it? Does it need titles displayed?

There are a variety of these types of extensions and all of them are slightly different, depending on your needs. :-)
