As you may know, the UK is just about to implement the EU directive requiring websites to gain user consent to use cookies.

Are you able to recommend a plugin for Joomla 1.5 that will be able to handle this?

Here is a "Cookie Monster" plugin for Joomla 1.5/2.5 to work with the new cookie laws:

Just a quick update. The UK Information Commissioner has now stated that users are deemed to have given "implied consent" for most types of cookie (shopping carts, analytics, etc) & states that most use cases can be covered off by appropriate terms and conditions. See here ->
