Where in Joomla do we identify where to send email notifications to when a viewer asks for more information. On our websites in VirtuMart where we display multiple vehicles for sale, a viewer can view a vehicle, select Product Details,then select 'Ask a Question About This Product'. He is taken to a form in which he enters his Name, phone number, email address and a comment/question box. Is this then sent to ALL persons listed as users or just specific users or what? We have something similar for Rental enquiries but that uses RSForm. Here we have an email section for distribution of enquiries for rentals but that is not the case it seems for the sales enquiries.

What extension did you use to create that form for "Ask a question about this product"? Or did you create it using just an article wysiwyg?

Using VirtuMart extension.

Hi Maxx,

You go to the individual user and check "Recieve System Emails" to yes. Those are the only people that will receive the system emails.
