I'm using Easy Folder Listing Pro in one of my sites to organize & make available downloadable files.

Is there a way to track how many times those files are downloaded?

I did some research and do not see that as an option as part of the extension, but I'm sure it is customizable by the extension developer.

Also, I didn't look deep into it, but this is an extension that tracks file downloads. It is a possibility it might work with your file lists:
