Okay...we are having issues with not receiving e-mails from the website. For instance, when we click on "forgot password" and fill in our e-mail address for the password reset e-mail to be sent to us...we never receive it.
When I login to our account at hostmonster...and click on the details for the e-mail account that we want the e-mails to be sent from ( This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ), here's the info that it shows:
Manual Settings
Mail Server Username: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Incoming Mail Server: mail.davewilliams.com IMAP: port 143, POP: port 110
Incoming Mail Server: (SSL): host311.hostmonster.com IMAP: port 993, POP: port 995
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.davewilliams.com (server requires authentication) port 26
Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL): host311.hostmonster.com (server requires authentication) port 465
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)
First of all...am I looking in the right place?
