Okay...we are having issues with not receiving e-mails from the website. For instance, when we click on "forgot password" and fill in our e-mail address for the password reset e-mail to be sent to us...we never receive it.

When I login to our account at hostmonster...and click on the details for the e-mail account that we want the e-mails to be sent from ( This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ), here's the info that it shows:

Manual Settings

Mail Server Username: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Incoming Mail Server: mail.davewilliams.com IMAP: port 143, POP: port 110
Incoming Mail Server: (SSL): host311.hostmonster.com IMAP: port 993, POP: port 995
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.davewilliams.com (server requires authentication) port 26
Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL): host311.hostmonster.com (server requires authentication) port 465
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)

First of all...am I looking in the right place?

And attached is the screen shot of what I currently have set in the Joomla Configurations...

Hi Anita,

Yes, that's the right place. Since you're using SMTP, your best bet is to ask your host to check the SMTP error log as it should give detailed error messages as to what's happening.

I somehow fixed it. LOL. Don't have a clue what I did :)
