Hi Mosquito12,

What are your category blog options set to?

Do you have SEF enabled? If so, are you using an extension for it? Is your htaccess file named .htaccess? Located in the root of your FTP.
Warm Regards,

Hi mosquito12,

It appears that you are doing things correctly, however you have stumble upon a major bug. I'm not sure what it is at this point, but the following issue is similar to what you're experiencing:
forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?p=2505731

My suggestion is that you create a test site using the following tutorial:
www.ostraining.com/blog/joomla/test-site-akeeba-backup/

Then, try the suggestions in the above topic to see if that might be the cause. Also try uninstalling k2 from the test site to see if it's conflicting with the Joomla core.

Let us know how it goes or if you need help along the way.

Kind regards,
Nick
