Hello, I can not decide which system to choose to build this application (see attachment) I know the joomla excellent. I have very reasonable background in Drupal and WordPress I of course prefer Joomla! I create the database using K2, and even checked the SEBLOD component. Of course I can build the tables,
my problem is a connection between the tables Concept called in accees. key fields That is a unique field that exists at least between each two existing tables I'd love to hear suggestions and recommendations Thank you ASI

Sorry for my weak English

Hello Newglobes,

Please read our support FAQ ostraining.com/support-faq. What you're asking is beyond the scope of what we normally do.

We mainly help with installation and problems with the CMS itself, and answer questions related to our courses. Most of our students are beginner or intermediate level users. I don't think we can help you with this.

However, I will share your request with our team. If anyone can point you in the right direction, we will let you know.

Cheers,
Ed

Everybody will look at it. If we can help we will. Don't be shy about asking any questions at all. If we've ever dealt with problem before and know the solution or at least know where to send you we will always try to help.

Cheers,
Ed

Hi newglobes,

We'd recommend that you give Fabrik a look:
extensions.joomla.org/extensions/contact...-feedback/forms/1659

Here's our Introduction tutorial on it:
www.ostraining.com/blog/joomla/introduction-to-fabrik/

Also, here are two example tutorials:

1) Fabrik and Custom Joomla User Registration Forms:
www.ostraining.com/blog/joomla/fabrik-user-registration-form/

2) Fabrik: Create a Custom Joomla User List:
www.ostraining.com/blog/joomla/joomla-user-list/

Hope this helps! :)

Kind regards,
Nick

Hi Newglobes,

I have been in the same situation as you about a year ago. Because your data requires a lot of table joins and it is all relational database type of tables, I would highly recommend you creating a design of your database flow structure within a program, such as Microsoft Visio, or anything similar to that.

With this design, it would make it very easy for me to answer any questions you have. :-)

Do you have a clear concept of your project already? Have you done any data normalization? :-)

Fabrik is definitely the solution to any kind of application that needs to be built. I'm a huge fan of it and will be able to answer a majority of your Fabrik questions and help guide you through the beginning process of learning it. :-)
Warm Regards,

Tessa Mero

Hi newglobes,

My personal email is tessafenwick at gmail dot com.

You are welcome to email me. I would really like to see a Visual diagram that lays out the relationships between your tables.

Warm Regards,

Tessa Mero
