Hi,

I did the CSS course on your site, and I read the tutorial on how to put any module in any article. (both very good)
What I want to do with that is, put my social sharing module on the side of articles in a particular category. I have written some css for formatting it, and used the load module for it. it works fine in the localhost. for testing purposes I wrote the css in the article, but since there are multiple articles I want to put it separately in the css file.
So my question is do I create a separate css file for it or can I add it in one of the template files, which one to be exact.

thanks,
Shirin

Hi Shirin,

It sounds like what you need to do is use a module suffix to create css just for that particular module.

THis short tutorial will help, www.ostraining.com/blog/joomla/how-to-us...las-module-suffixes/

And more detailed information is in the Joomla docs.
docs.joomla.org/Module_Class_Suffix
docs.joomla.org/Using_Class_Suffixes

I think this is what you need. If not, let us know.
Cheers,
Ed
