I've never been so frustrated :)

I'm never using k2 again. EVER. :) The items are starting to not show up on other sites now... not just on the davewilliams.com site that I started having issues with a few months ago. So, it's definately a k2 bug...and nothing I'm doing!

BUT...because the items aren't appearing for my clients... I have to now re-create them all in the articles manager and re-link the menu. SUCKS big time.

Do you know of an easy way to export them from k2 back into the article manager?

Sorry to hear about your experience!

You can use the "Import for K2" component (CSV export:
extensions.joomla.org/extensions/extensi.../k2-extensions/12408

or DM K2 XML Exporter (XML export):
extensions.joomla.org/extensions/extensi.../k2-extensions/14819

to export it to a csv/xml file then slightly manipulate it and use one of the Joomla importers to import into Joomla:
extensions.joomla.org/extensions/migrati...data-import-a-export
