Hi,
In zoo article when i added the image its visible in the frontend but its coming up with "Copy failed" error message.

I have checked the file permission its all good and i checked it using Akeeba admin tools tools. But still i am not able to get rid of that error message.

Thank you,
Cheers

Hi Suminagu,

What Joomla version are you using? Also, what Zoo version?

Kind regards,
Nick

Hi Nick,

Thank for the response

I am using joomla 1.5.22 and zoo version 2.4.7 and currently i can't upgrade anything only after next month.

Zoo article is working perfectly only the error message at the top of the page.

Is there anyother way i can solve this

Cheers

Hi Sumi,

Is the error message only in the backend? If so, I'd ignore it since Zoo is working perfectly.

Kind regards,
Nick

Hi Sumi,

OK, in that case, can we get a link to the site to take a quick look?

Kind regards,
Nick

Hi Nick,
I have solved this.

In the Global config page i have enabled the FTP but username and password box were blank. After entering the username and password the error message disappeared.

Hi Suminagu,

Glad you have it working now. :-) Sometimes one little option gone wrong in the admin panel can stump me too.
Warm Regards,

Tessa Mero
