After migrating from 1.5 to 2.5 my contactform (I mean the actual form itself) does not show anymore. Only when I click on the link on that page. I want the form to show directly. How/where can I do that?

And the text is in English now instead of Dutch. What and where is the easiest way to change that?

Have you tried to go to Extensions > Manage > Fix Database ?

And are you using the build in contact form or an extension?

Fix database does not help.
As I work locally now, I cannor provide you with a link, but see attached file how my contact form page looks like. A visitor can click then on 'contactformulier', and then on the same page it shows the actual contacform.
Same with the additional information. You have to click on 'overige informatie', and the you see this information.
But ofcourse I want all this to be shown right away.
I am using the build in contactform.

Go to your contact form's options and for "Display format" set it to "Plain".

In the meantime I've been trying to set op forms with RSform (using you totorial). Setting up the forms works fine. Only one thing, after submitting a form, I get the message in yelow and red: Cannot apply the mailfunction (or something like that, it is written in Dutch). Anyway, the mails are not send and I cannot find what can be wrong. Any idea?
