I can't get this video to play www.ostraining.com/courses/session/jooml.../joomla-user-groups/

I also can't get the two videos after that to play. So the problems are:
Joomla User Groups
Setting Your Own ACL - Part 1
Setting Your Own ACL - Part 2

I'm getting this pop up: 'The video you are trying to watch is currently unavailable. Please check back soon.'

i can play:

Sorry for the problem you're haveing. We use a service to deliver the videos that senses the connection and browser type. When we have a problem we can usually fix it if you can help us out by getting some information for us.

If you could get the error codes by following these directions www.ostraining.com/blog/webdesign/brightcove-debugger/

We'll troubleshoot it and get it working.

It may just be a transient error, so it may start working at some point, but sending us the debugging information will be huge help.
