Is there a Register to Read More Module for Drupal 7 or is there a way to make your visitors register to read certain content?

Sure thing. Could you give this tutorial a try to see if it meets your needs? drupal.org/project/nopremium/

1) Install it and enable it
2) Go to Structure > Content types > Edit
3) Publishing options > check the Premium content box
