I know that you can get this in the paid for versions of Analytics but I have just discovered the beta version of real time analyitcs. Accessed from the Home menu; by default analytics often starts at the Standard Reporting page.
It is a bit like watching paint dry but strangely addictive. I have wasted a lot of time today watching the numbers jump fro 0 to 1 to 3 to 0!
It is certainly satisfying checking that your analytics are working and it would be useful to if wanting to check speed times when the site busy. Can anybody think of other uses? Just checked - 2 visitors on my web site, 1 from Wales the other from The Lake District - Note to myself; stop this now and take the dog for a walk!!
