I'm in trouble!

I was doing some cleanup preparing to move this website to the server form my WAMP.

I think the last thing I did was uninstall templates I was not going to use on this site. and ....
in the backend, I have NO CSS! and... I can't log in to the backend as I only see a blank screen when I /adminstrator it.

Luckily, I'm still logged in so I can see some parts of the backend site (minus the CSS). The frontend is stilll OK.

I have a feeling I removed the template which was driving the backend.

How can I fix this?
